「Overall excellent 4 night stay, beautiful location close to all major sights of the Hunter Valley. We had Kangeroos outside our unit most mornings. Accomodation was as described and good quality. Would stay again, owner was very helpful.」

「Everything was great, except the breakfast was surprisingly simple. It was only English muffins and cereal, and stored in the fridge in advance. If the room rate includes breakfast, I would expect a 'real' breakfast.」

We had an event to get to and even though the host was on site for an hour prior to our check-in time they wouldn’t let us in until 1pm sharp which was when our event started. 「Found the room noisy from road traffic as well as adjoining rooms. I am also not a fan of having a shower in a bathtub, along with the shower head being way past its used by date, which is easy to see and shouldn't need a guest telling them so. However the room was spacious, bed was comfortable and clean & tidy」
