「The room was clean; however, there were SO many bugs (on the floor, in the bed, on the wall). We had a blocked group and several complained amongst each other regarding the bug situation. During a rainstorm, 2 of our rooms started flooding. When asked about receiving new and clean towels, staff was rude and stated they didn't have any. Fortunately, some were located and dropped off to our room.」

Negative: It is extremely loud here and our neighboring room kept their TV on blast all night until 6am when they apparently went to sleep, needless to say we didn't sleep. 「I highly recommend anyone going to Daytona looking for a fabulous affordable hotel to stay here. The staff are friendly, courteous, and very helpful with any questions. The breakfast was exceptional with a lot of hot items as well as cereal etc. and the breakfast attendant was friendly and kept everything sparkling clean. 「Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though.」

「This Hotel goes above and beyond. Nell and her staff are exceptional. The entire building is well maintained, spacious rooms with kitchenettes, VERY clean inside & out . Located right on the beach with ocean views. We are already planning our next visit.」

「They never cleaned the pool it was full of sand and the room was never cleaned the sand on the floor was terrible room air didn't really work we had to move from our ocean view because of the air but the air was the same I had to buy a fan and still was not cool not enough hot water and poor pressure they did give us a discount on the room when we had to move but I would never stay again」
