Picked this hotel because of the good reviews it has however was not expected or as described in the reviews. There was a disclaimer of the loud music which is understandable however the stomping and slamming doors constantly affected our stay as well as the bed very squeaky and you would sink in it. Towels looked a bit yellow and toilet paper wasn’t changed when we got there we received an installed toilet paper. Very limited parking space after 5pm there’s also a disclaimer if we leave then we might come back without a parking space Could’ve been worse however not too pleasant per say

Overall Hotel was clean, Front Desk Staff was very friendly. The only thing I would change about the hotel was the room towels were dinghy and old also , there was paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. I would probably stay again however I would bring my own bath towels.

Poeh, waar zal ik beginnen? Het personeel was op zich aardig, al kwam het soms wat ongeïnteresseerd over. Helaas was de rest een stuk minder positief. Dit was zonder twijfel het slechtste hotel van onze hele maand vakantie in de VS. Het hotel trok een nogal twijfelachtig publiek, met veel luidruchtige en dronken gasten, wat geen fijne sfeer gaf. Daytona zelf viel ons trouwens ook erg tegen. Ik was hier zo’n 30 jaar geleden eens geweest en had er toen een heel ander beeld van. Helaas waren andere hotels in de buurt óf nog slechter, óf ontzettend duur. We hebben die twee dagen daarom zo min mogelijk tijd in het hotel doorgebracht en ons er maar doorheen geslagen. Mijn advies: sla dit hotel over. De foto’s lijken van vlak na de opening te zijn, want daarna lijkt er weinig tot niets meer aan onderhoud gedaan.

Not everyone will live this place. It’s not the biggest and best but it is cozy and convenient. If you are a simple laid back person who can appreciate a nice comfy bed, book it. I loved the beds, the staff, free parking, little diner-like restaurant with Asian heavy menu, rooftop bar & close enuf to the Bandshell which was our daily destination for NCA NDA. It’s got a LOT of history which you can get the skinny from the GM on rooftop. Bartenders up there were so nice and talkative (if u are interested in talking) but will leave u be if that’s your vibe too. Met some locals up there too! They all feel like friends now! Lastly that view from the rooftop is amazing. Even if u don’t stay here, plan on a night to hangout up there. You WILL NOT be disappointed. If you enjoy being out but not in a crazy loud bar, you’ll appreciate that too. The lobby has free coffee and all kinds of creamer available plus there’s a coffee and pastry cart right outside. That is part of reason i describe this place as being convenient bc u can get something to eat almost whenever you want. Now the hotel advertises it’s a lively place and doesn’t lie about the amount of noise u might experience. It’s true but it didn’t bother us. if u are picky & need luxury, u might not appreciate this place. gotta have that kind of mindset!! But I certainly didn’t feel like I was settling. One more thing to note the 2nd floor has no elevator service … 5 steps to climb

Charming, quirky no-frills hotel. Staff was so nice and helpful. Rooftop bar is nice - furniture up there could be better set and it would be nice if they had their own kitchen so they didn’t have to go 5 floors down in the “fastest slowest “ elevator to bring it back up. Would definitely stay again
