「Stort och bekvämt hotell nära fotbollsstadion men en kvarts promenad till Guggenheim och mat/shoppinggatorna. Enkelt att parkera i garaget för 15 Euro och smidig in- och utcheckning. Rummet var enligt beskrivningen men kanske lite mjuk säng. Ok frukost men lite konferenshotellskänsla i miljön. Overall smidigt för bara en natt på genomresa men hade inte valt det för en helgvistelse etc. om man vill upptäcka Bilbao eftersom ligger lite vid sidan av. 」

「Prima hotel in een goede, nette buurt. Het ligt net tussen het oude en nieuwe gedeelte van Bilbao waardoor alles op loopafstand ligt (als je goed te been bent). Kamers zijn groot genoeg en alles is schoon, de faciliteiten zijn goed. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt maar hebben ontbeten bij de bakkerijtjes in de omgeving. Luxe winkelstraat om de hoek.」

「Bel endroit. Propre. Facile à marcher de l’arrêt d’autobus ainsi qu’aux endroits à visiter. Personnel gentil et aidant. 」

「The bed is too soft and hurt my back. The parking space in the basement is so tiny and driveway is very narrow. So be prepared for the challenge when you drive through the way downstairs. The only thing we give compliments is the breakfast as they offer freshly made juice and smoothies! 」

「The hotel room is nice, there are metro station and Euskotran station near the hotel, it is easy to access the old town and some famous attractions, like Guggenheim Museum.」

「Everything was great! I left for a conference in Vitoria and I had to go back to Bilbao airport for the flight next day. When I got there, it was so late that I missed the last bus. I called them whether they could pick me up and they immediately help me out! Very kind! However, one more thing I would like to suggest is that it should be more choices for breakfast.」

「非常的舒服的環境，距離附近的景點非常方便，博物館,舊城區或是Downtown。唯一是前面的捷運站，還有點吵。」

「Modern bright decent sized rooms in a great location 10’ from the largest Zara store known to womankind. Excellent service from reception. Large range of offerings at the buffet breakfast.」

「フロントの方が皆さんとても親切だった。 部屋はコンパクトだが、必要最低限のものは揃っていて、快適な滞在ができた。 ロケーションも中心地からは少し離れてるが、トラムやバス、電車の駅が近くまったく不便に感じなかった。バスターミナルへも徒歩7分ほどだった。また利用したい。」
