"This lovely bed-and-breakfast was most enjoyable. I loved all the personal touches and the house was really beautiful. I enjoyed sitting in the courtyard. It made me want to go home and plant a garden. I would recommend this place to others because it was quiet and pleasant, not far from activities or hard to find in Eureka Springs. There were very many options for lodging there and I’m glad I chose this one."

Chateau On The Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center

10/10 Excellent

"We loved the hotel and plan to return at Christmas to enjoy the decorations. Our room was so big and they upgraded us to a room with a view of the lake at no charge to us. The housekeeping did a great job cleaning. The employees we met were outstanding. So sweet and visited with us. The only thing we didn't care for was the coffee. It had an odd taste to it. We thought it was the wax cups but we couldn't determine. Other than that, absolutely everything was great!!! We would highly recommend the chateau on the lake resort."

"This hotel is in a perfect location next to outlets. The breakfast is the BEST! Have had rubbery eggs in some locations with sausage that is full of mystery meat. We always stay at this hotel because the staff is so courteous and helpful. They care that you are staying with them. On another note, the hotel is beautiful which makes the stay even more pleasant. The premises is clean as is their outdoor pool. The workout room is clean and has the necessary equipment for a short workout. We plan on returning to Branson and staying at this hotel."

"The ladies at the check in counter and gift /ticket shop were very friendly and helpful. They made up for the young lady that worked the breakfast buffet because of her we only ate the free breakfast one day and chose not to eat there the rest of our stay. But the rest of the staff was very friendly and we definitely will come back to this inn again. Thank you Brian Hatsfelt"
