"Our room was spacious and clean. Location of hotel is great with lots of restaurants and easy walk or scooter to The Wharf. Only complaint would be the noise at night- there seems to be a club or bar nearby that played loud music until 2am or so."

"The business center options could use a bit more attention. Ancient printer placed on a high counter that could barely be reached. Otherwise, nice people, clean (if small) rooms, excellent (expensive) food."

"While the rooms are lovely and the sheets were immaculate, I needed help with three things - 1) the front desk had to send an engineer to help me set up the Chromecast (there really was an issue, but the engineer came up at 930 pm and solved it) 2) the shower head was old and was not providing sufficient water flow and was malleable enough to where me trying to clean the openings was just squishing them (the showerhead wasn’t just cleaned, it was replaced by the time I got back to the room, but that tells you about the state of the hardware), the shower curtain was dirty - and again, they replaced the single-layer one with a replaceable liner fabric one (which tells you you have to ask for a clean and a modern liner and a shower head that works because they won’t update it on their own), and the repair team left two sharp items on the floor as a failure of sweeping the floor after the repair. I brought them to the front counter and other than an apology there was no effort to remedy this (they asked me if I needed medical help after stepping on it). So, it’s nice…. But you have to ask for basics. They’ll come through and help but they’ll still miss the mark. I’d stay here again but I’d adjust expectations tremendously."

"It's a perfect spot right outside of Washington DC-- it's near great food establishments and a bus ride to the metro to venture into DC. Or if you are seeking to travel into Alexandria it's near the Downtown Alexandria "old town" waterfront as well. "

"We had an amazing experience. From the young man at the front desk when we checked in, the easy check in process, the views, the clean room...I could go on forever. We had a small issue with our room where there was no power on one side but it was fixed in less than 10 minutes and it was only because room service had mistakenly unplugged something. We will definitely stay again, and may only chose this hotel in the future. Oh, and did I mention the restaurant! Food and service was EVERYTHING! "
