「I love the hotel. Just wish they had 2 Elevators. Better pillows and bed they were too hard. Need softer pillows and bed. Felt like I was sleeping on cardboard. 「The river view was amazing. The staff was very courteous and professional. The room wss clean but the bed was too soft for me but still comfortable ifnyhay makes sense. The bayhoom was clean and NO leftover hairs anywhere. While taking a shower the flo9r outside thenshower did become wet and the bathoom was drenched. I had an engineer come up to adjust the shower door which did help. I RECOMMEND the riverview room.」
