「The front desk staff, Jimmy, at the hotel is very friendly and professional. The rooms have been renovated and are beautiful, with a great view outside the window. The location is convenient, as it is very close to Westquay, the largest shopping mall in Southampton. And to top it off, the room rate is already very affordable, and they even include breakfast. It's truly perfect!」

It’s walking distance to the main historic sites, shopping, restaurants, and bars, and even the cruise terminals aren’t that far away. The breakfast buffet had a wide and tasty selection but the layout was a bit scattered. It got congested around the coffee machine.」

「This is our 5th stay pre cruise at the Doubletree Hilton, all very clean and service very good. Easy check in. Comfortable clean rooms, this time we stayed half board and evening meal was excellent value for money. Breakfast was good. Do think car parking should be free though for guests staying at the hotel overnight.」

「Hotel and Spa staff are excellent. Location in the New Forest is ideal and I regularly recommend Brockenhurst as a good location to base oneself. The hotel is OK but slightly disappointing given it's price point and premium positioning. Room are tired and slightly under equipped, the spa area is a little dated with free access only including the basic pool and steam room/sauna and the breakfast, although offering a good range of options, became rapidly depleted. We had a basic room for ~£225...

「We booked one of the suites with the hot tub. While it was a luxurious experience, the bathrooms needed a bit of renovation and care. You could still hear neighbours and staff cleaning rooms next door, which is annoying if you want to have a nap. Lovely surroundings. Main restaurant ok-ish. I wished they didn’t put so much sugar in all the dishes. Only the dover sole escaped the sugar and was delicious. I think the place is overpriced for the comfort and service, like a lot of places in UK. If...
