"To be honest although the apartment was really nice we didn’t have hardly any knives and forks and spoons for 5 people, the fridge was filthy and the cooking equipment was old worn out and filthy. For nearly £300 for one night we expected better "

"The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"We're very happy with our precious room and early check-in and Ms. Nadia made our check-in smoothly and quickly. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. On our first time she went above and beyond to make sure that we're comfortable. On our second time staying with them she made us feel so special with the executive suite room upgrade. She's an amazing person and professional. We really need more people like her. Thank you Ms. Nadia! We are Grateful for everything... We highly recommend this hotel and you will never disappointed period."

"My husband and I stayed here the night before our cruise and again the night after, our room on both nights were quiet as they were on the 3rd and 4th floor. the bed was a king bed and very comfortable and even though there was a glass door to the bathroom it was still private. The check in staff were very helpful and pleasant. There is a starbucks in the hotel which is perfect for a nice tea or coffee and a snack. My husband and I went for a meal in there bar and grill which was lovely. There was no wardrobe in either the rooms but there were hangers on a rail to put your clothes on. There is a bus stop down the road if your not driving, where you can go into Southampton or Winchester.We really liked this hotel even though it away from the port"
