「The email from the hotel states that check in begins at 3:00PM. No where in their welcome email does it state that late check in must be done by midnight. They cancelled our rooms, double booked them with another customer and refused to give a refund. They offered a early check in but all rooms were booked so that verified that our room had be re-booked with no refund provided. Terrible customer service and just ethically wrong to take money from 2 different customers on the same room」

「Reviews stated it was clean, but when I took my family it was bad, place looked abandoned, I checked in thinking well we just need a place to stay so we went to the room and we thought the elevator wasn't going to work, the room was dirty, there were spots on the bedding, floors weren't clean minifridge was dirty, smelled like a super old building, I do not reccomend for family at all. We lasted 15-20 minutes and left.」

「Held an additional $50 from my credit card with no “good” explanation & still haven’t received it back yet. Bathtub was disgusting and flaking off big chunks. TV remote had no batteries, second remote had different size batteries. Stairwell carpeting was super nasty. Otherwise it was a bed for the night.」

「The property was terrible. My child was supposed to have a birthday party with a few people and they said at the last minute that no guests were allowed and the power went out and when we checked out they didn’t even give us a refund for the room. The service was TERRIBLE!」

「I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. The room was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The bath towels were visibly dirty, with large stains on them, and the second towel was in even worse condition. The bed sheets were no longer white but gray from age and repeated use, and the comforters had numerous cigarette burn holes, even though the room was designated as non-smoking. The bathroom sink was dirty, and the faucet was covered with grime...

「First off the place is nowhere near like the pictures on the Internet. The place is rundown wore out dirty there’s people living on the property or staying long term and without judgement drug users… being in EMS can pick out fairly easy.. our room the tub would not Turn off all the way and constantly ran not wide-open but enough to where it should have been fixed the sink in the area next to the bathroom stayed stopped up you can use it to wash your hands and water would take hours to go away...
