Hotel was clean and well situated across the street from the university, where I was attending an event. It's close by plenty of food options and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the free breakfast and overall had pleasant stay.

Breakfast start time was posted as 630am, but it didn't open until 7am, too late for our early departure. There was no information we could find for a TV guide. We stumbled on it as channel 1. The front desk person could not help us.

Didn’t not receive room service. Asked for towel to take a shower waited over 2 hours then needed to use re use two day old towels. First night didn't even have toilet payer in room. Needed to go down to front desk and pick it up. Glad i checked before. I expect more from a holiday inn express.

This was a very nice hotel, staff were friendly , hotel was clean, looks to be a new establishment. Just across the street from University of South Alabama and continently located by many restaurants within walking distance.
