"Long story short, I killed a cockroach in the lobby (that should’ve been my first red flag). The room was dirty, pink rhinestones were on the carpet, the mirror and bathtub were dirty. The bedsheets from both beds were stained. One of the mirrors had writing in sharpie from a previous individual. The first floor smelled of weed. The only good thing about the hotel stay was Melody at the front desk. If we wouldn’t have checked in nearly at midnight from a very long drive we would’ve gone to a different hotel. I called a few hours after check out and spoke with someone who had a foreign accent who was extremely rude to me. Will never stay here again. "

"The hotel was in bad shape, broken fixtures, horrible orders coming from bedding and carpets, AC caused the room to feel humid and damp by morning (also ran all night and it wasn’t on fan mode). Evening staff was great with food recommendations. "

"This is a great place for families. Lots of games for the kids (big and little) after a fun day at the beach on Dauphin Island. We stayed here during a convention in Mobile and it was nice to get away from the city. "

"Front desk Peter was SUPER RUDE. He started arguing with me when I requested towels. You have to bring your dirty towels in order to get clean towels from the front desk and when I did, he mentioned that I should’ve done this earlier during the day because now he is out of towels completely. So I was just supposed to go without. It was around 5pm. He also made a problem when I asked to make a reservation for the next night. He said I had to do it on my own after calling me a scammer and claiming I was too young to check in a room I was already checked into… I’m 30 so thank you. They don’t have a guest laundry, even though it stated on the website. The outside of the hotel looks a lot better than inside the room we were in. Because of the bad service, we decided to check into the hotel across the street. Baymont for the next week . And the rooms are 10 times better and updated. Stuff is super nice as well. "
