"Coffee pot in room outdated. Closest option to purchase coffee is the small overpriced cafe in the hotel lobby. No ice bucket. No complimentary bar of soap or conditioner in the bathrooms. Entrance doors not very accommodating - these consist of a revolving door and another main entrance door that’s very narrow and make it very difficult to move luggage carts through. Parking situation horrible-lot at the hotel was full and we had to pay $36 at a parking garage (very difficult to find) 2 blocks away for the night. This was not indicated when we booked the reservation. The room however was clean. "

"Warm, welcoming staff! Loved the happy hour from 5pm - 7pm. Great location to walk to Vinoy Park for the music festival we were attending! Wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well. Only downside was no refrigerator in room but we would definitely stay again and bring a cooler! Highly recommend this property!!!"

"Great stay with a beautiful view of the beach. Overlooked the pool but it was not loud when you closed the balcony. Lots of things to do at the resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"Garbage cans overflowing upon arrival. Coffee place very mismanaged and dirty. Rooms are old and it is very noticeable. Bathroom had hair in the bathtub. Will never come back here!"
