I stay here often for work and it is always a wonderful experience. Very clean, staff is always welcoming, love the indoor pool, and they have a delicious restaurant and bar connected to the hotel.

The property was damp and smelled of mold and water everywhere due to the massive water feature in the center of the hotel. The carpets had terrible stains and the paint was either pealing or gone.

They need to update the available outlets and usb chargers in the rooms Hello 2024. The advertsed breakfast buffet was really only room service. Nothing buffet about it.

The pool/venue area was beautiful. The hallways had a lot of staining on the outdated rugs, could use an update on paint, rugs, lighting, bathtub etc. But the heater/ac worked good, water pressure was good. In a quiet wooded area, staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall a good stay, don’t get discouraged by the dingy halls!

the facilities are well maintained but, a bit thread bare. The staff are super courteous and the room service food the equal of restaurants! when I booked, Expedia, I noted. pet friendly. it was not recognized when checking in and I had sur charges applied.
