"bathroom sink is clogged, takes a while for the water to drain down. Bugs crawling on the floor, refrigerator is locked-can't be open. garbage outside the main lobby is overflowing. "

"Property is average. Water is dripping in the bathroom. They don’t change towels and make beds unless requested. There was electrical burn smell in the lobby and nobody cared. Couple of hours later the alarm was activated. There seemed to be something burning in the kitchen and the sprinklers were activated. Firemen came and we were outside in.the cold about an hour. Overall not a great experience "
