The room was nice and clean but did notice a black box in the vent with a red light on. Kinda suspicious… other than a clean room, this is probably the worst property I’ve ever stayed at. There were long term motel renters hanging out in the parking lot making it very uncomfortable walking to the room with my children. There was about an inch gap under the door which I had to plug with a towel because someone outside was smoking cigarettes and that’s all my room smelled like. There were people outside yelling all night and still doing it at 5am when I woke up. The cops were also there there when I was checking in. It was overall a horrible experience and definitely worth the few extra dollars to stay at the motel 6 up the road. Never again.

zero security. Lots of shady characters around. There was a microwave outside my door that someone made a point of opening and closing repeatedly and loudly. The door to the room was not the proper size for the doorway. Very strange. Would not recommend.

Refund request

I need to request a full refund of $379.08. This room was filthy and was infested with bed bugs. We left after the first night because of the bed bug infestation. The mattress covers were torn and covered in stains. I have two bites on my hand. Please let me know what the next steps are.

I didn't like that they ask for a $40.00 cash deposit for the key when checking in. I had no cash on me so they directed me to their ATM which charges a $4.00 fee. This should be disclosed in the booking site. Another thing I didnt like is the bathroom had only 2 small towels on the racks... Nothing else- no large towels, no small wash cloths, no hand towels, no floor towel. Otherwise it was just okay, though I don't plan on staying there again.
