Horrible Experience (dirty, unsafe, uncomfortable)
probably one of the worst hotels I have been too... hard mattress... dirty room... crappy pillows... can hear people in next room and upstairs walking... drug dealing all over the complex... no ice... no service... no furniture in room... no microwave... lots of permeant residents... no vending machines... no room service... all around horrible experience

Refund request
I need to request a full refund of $379.08. This room was filthy and was infested with bed bugs. We left after the first night because of the bed bug infestation. The mattress covers were torn and covered in stains. I have two bites on my hand. Please let me know what the next steps are.
