「This was our second visit. That should tell you something. We again liked the inn with good variety of of breakfast options, room was spacious, plenty of free parking. It was convenient for the attractions we wanted to visit. Dinner, optional extra, is available and very good quality. We would like to visit again. 」

All staff were welcoming, although we felt Josh & his team in Terrace bar went beyond to welcome. A wonderful vibe with all staff.. room spotless, bed super comfy, spa very relaxing 」

「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」

Great high tea, breakfast and evening meal. Stunning estuary views from lounge/dining area. Great cisy place place to chill.」

「We had a lovely stay to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Marco the Manager was extremely welcoming , even putting our bags in our lovely room. The room and hotel are immaculate and very luxurious. The Sunday dinner was wonderful as was the breakfast. Very high quality ingredients. The staff were very attentive. A very relaxing stay.
