「This was our first stay in Châlons-en-Champagne, and it certainly will not be the last!
Wonderful dog friendly hotel in the middle of the city, with a lovely champagne bar attached, lots of great restaurants near by, and a beautiful little park a few min away.
The room we stayed in was really nice, clean and spacious, and the service from the staff was excellent!

"Experienced a very problematic check-in. I had to go in and out of reception 3 times before getting the right room.
Although I booked for two days, they only programmed the card for one day, requiring me to check in at reception again for the second day. There are still shower repair tools left in the room. The good thing is the hotel is new and located near bus and tram stops. This was the messiest reception service I have ever experienced."
