「We arrived after travelling 450km, tired and a little stressed. I had contacted Expedia 3 times to request a twin room but had had no reply. On arrival at the hotel we were told that no twin rooms were available. The kind hotellier sorted the situation without any fuss providing us with an additional room at no extra charge. I’d highly recommend the hotel but the Expedia messaging service is useless. I contacted Expedia but they told me it was my fault. I will use Expedia as a search engine...

「酒店的服務非常好,入住前兩次電郵問我是否要幫我預訂些什麼,到達時前台的服務也很貼心。但房間衛生程度不合格。入住第一天,送給客人的巧克力已經打開,枕頭上有頭髮,地毯有上一位客人留下的食物,估計根本沒有更換床舖,我入住的幾天應該也不會換床舖。每天清潔都很隨便,浴袍髒了也沒更換,忘記給我們新的棉簽。以這個房價而論是不可接受」
