We were disappointed when we arrived after a long day of travel and were unable to use the restaurant or bar due to a private party and restaurants in town were closed until dinner. The room - bed and bathroom were great, other furniture in the room (ie chairs) were not useable 」

「We stayed in a superior double and it was very well appointed. Vaulted ceiling as using roof space, quality furniture and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and to a very high standard. The breakfast room is delightful and everything is beautiful, well considered and of a high quality. Antiques and curios in abundance.」

「Personnel courtois. Pièce à l'accueil correcte, bien décorée mais chambre et ascenseur vieillissants, mise à part, une bonne literie. Nous y sommes allés un samedi et à deux pas se trouve un bar-club dont les clients finissent la nuit sous les fenêtres de l'hôtel. Nous reviendrons certainement sur Reims dans cet hôtel au prix raisonnable mais pas un week-end.」
