J'avertis l'hôtel de mes horaires atypiques, ils mettent en œuvre une solution. Mes horaires changent, je recontacte l'hôtel, ils me reconfirment une nouvelle solution, la veille. Puis mes horaires rechangent pendant ma journée de travail avec le risque que ça s'éternise. On me répond que dans tous les cas il y aurait quelqu'un à l'accueil...
「Could not fault the hotel and lovely staff. Brilliant inter-connecting rooms for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. 200m to the tram to easily get in and out of Reims. Lovely relaxed feel in the hotel. We’ll check out other Akena hotels after our stay here.」

「This was an overnight stop to Strasbourg and it did what it said on the tin! Room was clean you felt safe, lift didn’t work and breakfast was limited, but for the price it was perfect. If you want a UK comparison I would say an up market travel lodge! 」
