「酒店很方便 就是太小」

「Was expecting the worse after reading reviews, but the room wasn’t too bad at all. Clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh. Very small room and bathroom is like an all-in-one en-suite, very small shower tray and curtain. Air con working. All rooms had a smell…..due to people smoking outside. The Boulangerie next door was amazing! A must for breakfast, coffee and a sandwich! 」

「Ayant deux jours de taf dans le coin, moi qui habite en région parisienne, j'ai réservé une chambre et commencé à voir à quelle heure je pourrais arriver. J'avertis l'hôtel de mes horaires atypiques, ils mettent en œuvre une solution. Mes horaires changent, je recontacte l'hôtel, ils me reconfirment une nouvelle solution, la veille. Puis mes horaires rechangent pendant ma journée de travail avec le risque que ça s'éternise. On me répond que dans tous les cas il y aurait quelqu'un à l'accueil...

「The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was adequate for our needs. There was a smell of cigarettes lingering in the room which was a bit off putting, but the beds were comfortable, so we had a good nights sleep. 」

「Experienced a very problematic check-in. I had to go in and out of reception 3 times before getting the right room. Although I booked for two days, they only programmed the card for one day, requiring me to check in at reception again for the second day. There are still shower repair tools left in the room. The good thing is the hotel is new and located near bus and tram stops. This was the messiest reception service I have ever experienced.」
