「We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and well maintained, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with a great variety at the buffet, and we also really enjoyed the two on-site restaurants. The service was a standout, especially from Abde Samad and Mehdi, who were both friendly and attentive. The water park was a highlight and perfect for all ages, and having drinks available throughout the day...

「Beautiful room, excellent pools, really lovely environment. Staff very smiley, polite and helpful. Almost faultless. They arranged taxis as needed. Spa was also wonderful. However….. Bottle of water 1L cost £6-7, air con hugely noisy, bed very uncomfortable, staff v e r y s l o w to serve drinks / food once ordered. It’s a new set-up so I have no doubt it will improve.」

「If you want to escape the madness of Medina, then Les Deux Tours is the perfect escape. Located 15 mins from Medina and 30 from the airport, the hotel is an oasis of calm. Set in a huge garden, there are multiple hidden gardens to walk through, with Peacocks roaming alongside cats and ponds with frogs and turtles. 「Great staff at the desk and at the bar. A taxi ride away from the center of the city, but taxis are plentiful and cheap. Great atmosphere, and lovely pool (which closes oddly early, though).」

「For the price, this riad does the job. Very friendly staff. But the room itself wasn't the cleanest (hair/dust) on the bed upon arrival, and room is very small. Pool isn't the cleanest either. I think the rooms differ a lot based on which you get, and they don't show you the smallest rooms in the pictures. Pretty noisy and not the best located either.」
