「The rooms were large and spacious. Well appointed and very clean. Great set up in a fun location with the market vibe on the ground level. Really well soundproofed rooms - I thought it might be noisy but I had no issues. I’d definitely stay again.」

「Pool was closed. Staff was never at the front desk. Breakfast was staged, but not really there. On a positive note, the room was very clean and well maintained.. I had a message stating that the price of my room had gone done, I was refused the new price as I was told it was another hotel. It was not.」

「Room smells musty. Wall in bathroom by tub swollen and degrading from water. Carpets dirty Bathroom clean. Towels white - sheets you could see thru. Bed comfortable. Very broken down front desk chair, light cover over Florescent light broken and half off. Too tired to go anywhere else. Staff good. This place needs some serious simple fixes to make it nice. Paint goes a long way. I won’t be back.」

「I would have given a worse review but the price was low so that’s important to remember. The non-smoking room had been smoked in quite a lot, the previous occupant removed the smoke detector. The floor was not vacuumed and was almost grimy. The bed sheets were clean but both mattresses should have been replaced. Pretty uncomfortable. I ended up buying a can of Lysol and cleaned all the flat surfaces, toilet, bathroom floor, shower, etc. I pulled out the window heat/ac filters and cleaned...

「Clean room, great breakfast. Opened up early so those of us running in the Faro Marathon could eat. Even provided water. Easy parking with quick access to the highway, mall, and lots of places to eat. Stay here every year.」

「Dirty dishes with dried food on them in the cupboard. Hair in the bed. Front desk did nothing about it. Front desk wouldn't even print out receipt for the stay.」

「Room was clean with a nice view of downtown Fargo. Came in on a holiday and everything in the hotel (bar, restaurant, coffee shop) were closed. To add to the insult, the hotel sent me a message inviting me to enjoy these during my stay. I got to use the food credit the next morning and the staff were helpful in maximizing its value which I very much appreciated.」
