The price reflects the facility so nothing to complain about. The service however was top notch. We found ourselves pleasantly surprised by how friendly, down to earth, and helpful the staff was. Especially the gentleman working overnight. This place is ran by good people 👌

we needed a room for the night going out with friends to a dinner and concert and tailgating and Bison game the next day the rates were reasonable the reviews were good but failed to mention they were under construction, the person that took care of us was kind and appologetic our room was clean and provided all that was needed can't wait to see the place when the upgrades our done

Great experience for my 2 day stay. Building undergoing some renovations. Room was in great condition. Nice comfortable king size bed. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. My UHAUL was undisturbed in the parking lot. Would recommend my friends and family to stay there in a heartbeat.

Affordable but dirty

Hotel is in a convenient location. Price was very good. Our non-smoking room was very smokey. The sheets looked like they hadn't been washed in a few stays. The room was overall dirty. They are making upgrades to the lobby, hallways, and maybe rooms, so the hotel will likely be better in the future.

Sadly disappointing

Room was filthy. Dirty towels in bathtub, holes in walls stuffed with toilet paper, and picture in room not sure what was on it if body fluids? Stayed at Bison Inn in Moorhead prior to this and room was clean. Not sure I’ll stay here in Fargo again.

This place should be condemned. Its about as sanitary and safe as a homeless encampment with all the characters to go with it. sleeping in my car in a better part of town was a much better option. Expedia claims refunds are up to hotel even though you book through them and hotel says they cant refund because you booked through expedia. Who's protecting the consumer from this? I really hope expedia does the right thing here because hotel worker will look at you with a baffled look and say in a confused tone..."You dont like your room? What is wrong with it?

Very cheap (don’t pay more than $60 for a night) so expectations are low. They have drained their pool and killed their breakfast. You can expect torn carpet, crumbling walls and tight parking. I did not even get a trash can in my room. My non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. They do have clean bedding and towels.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was clean but smelled like someone had been smoking in it. No mattress cover on the bed, mattress was old and dirty looking. Carpet in the hallway was stained and there were holes in the walls. the smoke detector in our room was hanging by the wires. Shower door was hard to open and once open, hard to close. We were woken up by yelling outside, police were present, and we found a syringe in the parking lot.Pictures were nothing like what we saw when we got here.
