「Everything was lovely and the front staff so very helpful.
The only thing I would say about was the sound on the TV it was very muffled all the time no matter what we put it up to.
We liked it so much we booked another night.
I DO NOT AGREE WITH The extra
PAYMENT FOR PARKING. @£8.00 Per night.
Thank you.
Teresa Dobinson.」

I had emailed beforehand to mention that we were visiting for my mum’s special birthday, so I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t a card or small acknowledgement in the room. 「The bar maid was very argumentative. We told her we had a reservation to which she informed us that they do not take reservation for less than 6 people. When the professional gentleman returned he took us to our table which had our room number on it.
Furthermore, she proceeded to serve a tall, good looking man who approached the bar way after we had been standing a waiting.」
