Very good breakfast options available with excellent staff service across all areas of the hotel. Minor niggles only - no 2nd toilet roll in bathroom and had to hunt to find the 2nd set of towels for a 2 occupancy room.

Restaurant was great with lovely food and drink options. Staff were friendly and professional. My room, however, was stiflingly hot with only a fan and no air-conditioning.

Nice hotel. Lady on reception was very good and helpful. Had a meal in the restaurant, the food was excellent as was the breakfast. Will stay again when I'm next working in the area.

A good hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Evening restaurant meals were okay with a pretty "standard" menu with an odd approach of staggering restaurant sittings for larger groups. The location is somewhat out of the way which makes getting there a little difficult without a car. Rooms do not have air conditioning and do not come with a fridge which I would have expected given the prices for rooms. I would stay again if visiting the area although pricing would be a consideration. I think it's a little overpriced.

Stayed at the Ivy Hill Hotel for a couple of nights visiting family for Christmas. An excellent hotel for a quiet break but within easy reach of London. Staff were fantastic. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and breakfast - both very nice. We were given a room upgrade and it was more spacious than our previous visit - very comfortable. Would definitely book again.
