Hyatt House Mississauga / Airport Corporate Centre
10/10 Excellent
"Had to find a hotel at the last minute due to a canceled flight. Pleasantly surprised, close to airport, clean and comfortable. Shuttle service ends at 5:00 p.m. but they comped a taxi to pick me up at 10:00 p.m., I was impressed with their customer service."
"Loved loved loved the rooms! Hotel was great, not crazy about the neighbourhood. That said, I would definitely stay there again. Really did not like that there were no airport shuttles- on expedia they said there was, so i wasted an hour waiting for a shuttle from the airport that wouldn't come. Though room service was good, there was a really super limited menu. "
"I recently stayed at Liberty Suite Hotel in Toronto for a couple of days and had a wonderful experience. The property was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay feel comfortable from the start. The location is excellent, with plenty to see and do in the area, and it’s convenient for getting around the city.
The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They really added to the positive experience. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here and would happily return. Five stars well deserved!"
"I stayed at Skye Hotel recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was really nice, well-organized, and equipped with hot water. There was good coffee available, but no tea. Only small hand towels were provided (no full-size towels), and no drinking water in the room. Closet space was great, and I appreciated the sofa/TV combo, study table, and the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. TV facilities were good, but no hair dryer was provided.
One thing I found a bit disappointing was the deposit—it was $200, which was actually more than the room rate itself. Staff interaction needs improvement; the reception guy seemed tired of us since I forgot my credit card PIN and it took longer than usual to check in. I would have appreciated a little more patience and friendliness during the process.
Overall, a comfortable stay with nice amenities, though a few improvements could make it even better.
