「Had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Location is perfect. Close to everything. Parking nice and easy on premise. Great breakfast at Erskine Arms down the road. Would recommend.」

「Spacious clean and well maintained bedrooms at the Quay. The staff are friendly and attentive and the breakfast has a lot of choice and is very good. We didn’t use the spa so I’ve no comment to add.」

「交通方便，環境舒適寧靜，員工友善，下次再來住這酒店」

「酒店很舊， 地不乾淨，但員工很好 ， 早餐好吃」

「Staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely backdrop.」

「Perfect hotel for few nights away. Nice sized room, has everything you need, comfy bed, tv. WiFi is provided. decent sized bathroom, owner / staff was really friendly would highly recommend. Literally 2 minute walk to beach. Was nice to sit out in the evening. Can’t really complain.」

「The owners have done a wonderful job in making the hotel spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with every bit of detail. Even the car park and waste bins are immaculate. The breakfasts are cooked and presented in a style that could compete with a Michelin chef. Easy walking distance to the main town with beautiful sea views. It’s a gem and a credit to the owners. We’ll be back. Keith & Julie」

「Unable to get in car park as small.room and evening meal good.disappointed in breakfast.choice of fruit poor and only 2 types of pastries. However enjoyed our stay .good nights sleep.we will be back」

「Beautiful friendly place to stay . Outstanding breakfast and bar is good afternoon drinks window view of sea so peaceful 💖💖」

「客戶尚算整潔，職員很友善。酒店外牆裝修中，但沒有噪音。但從酒店的停車場進入酒店是沒有電梯，需要拎行李行樓梯到接待處。注意酒店的電梯同一時間只限2人進入使用。」

「Property was conveniently located. However some item needed repair although they could be used. Example: the shower leaked water which wasted water. The TV didn’t have a video signal although that may have need due to storms. Staff were very helpful and room was clean and neat.」

「Good price with reasonable offer」

「On our arrival we had a very friendly welcome from Fiona. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a well stocked tea tray. Breakfast was very well cooked with quality products and nothing was too much trouble for Paul who was very attentive. We would definitely recommend the Hilary and book again whenever we visit Llandudno. Thank you, Fiona &Paul.」

「房間內沒有wifi,上網要在大堂處進行，非常十分不方便，房間清潔及闊落」
