"Overall nice hotell, the property does have some downside when the weather isn't optimal. When it rained there were many windows leaking and it was wet inside several places. The cleaning was good, the staff friendly and were doing their best but the hotel should improve on this. Overall also more senior guests so having wet floors could increase these guests slipping. "

Puerto Calero, just nearby, is a lovely marina area with great scenery and a calm atmosphere — perfect for a stroll or a sunset drink. We did have a small room service issue during our stay, but once we raised it, the team handled it promptly and professionally. Being an adults-only resort makes it ideal for couples looking to unwind, and the nightly shows provide great entertainment without disrupting the tranquil atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa for couples seeking relaxation, great service, and a memorable stay."

"Great few days at Bakour. Everywhere was kept really clean. Pools were cold but splash park was fun for kids. Food was good and a good choice each day. Nice variety of drinks included in the all inclusive too. Few minutes of a walk into both old town and new town. Would stay again"

"Great location. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was ideal for a short stay of 5nts but if I were staying longer I would request a room on first floor as mine was next to the pool and entrance which had no privacy. I was forced to keep the curtains closed in the daytime if I was in the room. I would have preferred to let the natural light in but it was not too great a problem as I was out most days."

"We loved our stay at GA7Colores. We were only able to stay one night, but we left wishing we could stay longer. The breakfast is top notch and the dinner menu was outstanding. The location is central to the island and convenient for exploring all the sites Lanzarote has to offer. Our room was large and comfortable with great amenities. "

"The whole suite just felt luxurious, Especially the Bathroom and the pool area is shared only with a few guests, so mostly it feels quiet. The breakfast was amazing, everyday they serve a different menu and you can just taste the quality in the food. The Manager Stephanie came every morning to check on all of the guests and she was very helpful and warm. Definitely recommend!!"
