「Our stay wasn't as great. Whilst the room itself was fine we had a few main issues that left us irritated.
The booking language was somewhat misleading as it stated there was a shuttle in place for guests to Gatwick Airport. There is no shuttle, and they simply call you a cab service that costs 23 pounds each way.
Secondly, we stayed in room 107, and there was an intermittent loud humming. Our best guess is that it was an AC unit or heating system somewhere nearby in the property. Then in...

「Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good.
The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy.
There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.」

「The room and hallways/landing were outdated, dirty and in desperate need of renovation. Mattress was poor - worthy of a skip. It was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Supposedly this was a DELUXE double!!! If it wasn’t for the fact we were due at a party in Dorking that evening and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 6.30pm, we would have insisted on either another room or ideally our money back and moved to another hotel.」
