「提早5個月訂了2間雙床的雙人房,到check in當天卻被帶 去只有一張床的雙人房,向人員表示我們訂的是雙床的房間,她卻回答:我們房間都滿了.訂的房型標榜"半海景",卻什麼都看不見,房間望出去都是樹.飯店到海灘2分鐘就到了,但什麼躺椅陽傘通通沒有,一片荒蕪,海邊的環境也沒有很好.早上莫名其妙被拉去用餐,卻事後表示,我們的訂房不含早餐,每個人要收取550的費用,真的太離譜了,都沒有先身分確認,然後用餐完才告知.這飯店好的大概只有房間很大而已」

「I am pretty honest when it comes to hotels and reviews but have to say this is the most beautiful place to stay. Our room had floor to ceiling windows and we could open 3 sides and look into lush nature with a great plunge pool and a fabulous hotel pool.This is stars above anywhere else we stayed in thailand. I dont want to leave a review as I want it to remain a hidden gem! The beautiful setting and one of a kind rooms are very aesthetic with great attention to detail and with the environment...
