A fantastic, family-friendly resort with standout service and food We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful across reception, restaurants, and the spa — truly exceptional service. The food and drinks, especially the cocktails, were outstanding, and the all-inclusive package is absolutely worth it. Our kids loved the variety of activities, and the pools and beach are excellent. The swim-up rooms are especially impressive thanks to the large, varied pools. A few things to note: the area around the hotel doesn’t offer much, so it’s best for families or those planning to stay mostly on-site or use as a home-base to go on excursions. The buildings and reception area feel a bit grey, corporate and dated, and the two main restaurants lack any sort of view. The à la carte options are really outstanding but often involve long waits. The kids club was good overall, though staff engagement varied. Still, a wonderful resort with great service, food, and facilities — we’d definitely recommend.

We stayed two nights at the Le Meridian and it was great. The staff were excellent and really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort is excellent value and right on the beach. A special mention to the fabulous staff at kids club.

Amazing resort

Amazing resort, clean, well kept and excellent service. The pictures and description of the room and the resort was living up to the expectation. We found the food and drinks included in the all inclusive package great and tasty. We were a family of 6 visiting and stayed in two of the larger pool access rooms which we found very nice. A special thanks to Dan and The Beach Grill team as well as Top providing excellent service and a fun time in the activity lounge. Thanks to Karla also for the excellent evening dinner hosting at the Nest. We will definitively come back again and recommend this resort warmly to anyone considering it.

Fabulous beautiful spacious room with pool access, beach directly at the back of hotel, massive choice of food for breakfast, also really nice options for restaurants on the beach Staff wonderful, hotel very clean, shuttle to Khao Lak & market. Went to Khao Lak elephant sanctuary, wonderful half day out
