「We’ve been staying here a couple of times a year for 4 years and love it because the rooms are always fresh and clean, the staff, especially Jim, the manager is always so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast bar( as well as the woman who keeps it clean and keeps the food ready) is great. We feel safe there and it’s quiet. 」

「Great hotel located on the outskirts of Roanoke. Several restaurants within walking distance and if your a YMCA member, its walkable too. Staff is excellent and no parking issues. Jon, Lily, and I know her name begins with an A made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. 」
