"The room and hotel were nice enough…unfortunately the on site spa was an upsetting visit that ruined our entire stay as a group of 8 that was trying to celebrate my daughter’s future wedding. We had to evacuate the spa as the chlorine gases where causing excessive coughing and breathing issues although they allowed us to stay in for 45-60min before advising us there was a problem. We than had to call poison control and monitor each other ruining all our other plans we had headaches and respiratory issues for a few days after. We did not pay for our spa visit but no break of the $600 paid for the room was given which was very disappointing "

"Everything was perfectly fine and operational. We swim in the pool and took spa session both was good experience. Breakfast was also fresh and many varieties available."

"Georgian Bay Hotel is our first choice for a getaway weekend in Collingwood. We typically get a 1-bedroom suite. It's very comfortable, always very clean, and of course we have the option to eat in. However, a relaxing dinner at Gustav Chophouse & Bar, just off the main lobby, is a must do!"

"Our room booked for 4 people was only suitible for 2. The sofa bed was not made up, and there were no extra sheets to make it up ourselves. One person had to sleep on the sofa and 3 shared the king bed. We were not in the main building and there is no one on site for the seniors building where our room was located. "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great clean property right across the village. The kitchen was well equipped and the living room with fireplace was very comfortable and cozy. Two washrooms for the one bedroom suite was a pleasant surprise. Didn’t use the large terrace because it was winter but will come back in the summer to enjoy it and the outdoor pool. Highly recommend this place when in Blue Mountain."
