「You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

「I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!」

「Rooms are clean. Bathroom smell. Pool had bugs and not clean. Then again most guest at beach and not using the swimming pool. Daniel was helpful and kind and gave us golf cart rides to the beach. Beach is 15 minute walk so it was nice to have golf cart. Water provided day one only — water should have been provided daily and refilled by housekeeping every day when they cleaned the room.」

「We loved our Jr. Suite; we had a great view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. There was a safe for our passports. We enjoyed spending time on the screened patio. The microwave, mini-fridge and bar sink was a great convenience. The dishes, glasses and silverware were an added bonus! My husband was able to make use of the fitness facility. 「Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!」
