"In room 103 the shower head was pointing sideways. It should've had a hand held shower head since this was a wheelchair accessable room. The gentleman at the front desk immediately gave me a key to the room next door and came with me to verify it worked."

"Our room was so beautiful! My friend and I stayed in a studio sky suite on the 29th floor. The rooms were nice and clean, and modern, with a full kitchen and a gorgeous view of the city.
