「Poor experience unfortunately. We checked in mid afternoon but, as we were attending an event elsewhere, we didn't get to our room until late evening. Firstly, we struggled to find our room as it was not clearly signed. On going into our room, we had no power at all. We had to prop open our door to let enough light in so that we could call somebody. 「The hotel was ok, a small section was a nice historical building with character but large bits are new and dated and not in a good way. The rooms where very hot and not air conditioned, it was cooler going outside in the 30+ def then it was in the room. By biggest annoyance was the parking l, they have lots of it but it’s an extra £7 a night per vehicle, not per space.
