"My room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Excellent climate control. Staff was efficient and friendly. I didn't check out the spa or sauna - probably my loss! I don't like liquid body soap, and I had to hike up a floor to get ice so they lost a star for "amenities" although I might have been a little too picky."
