"Nice large room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great pub and restaurant in hotel. Would stay again and recommend to others"

"Nice hotel conveniently located about 200m from the Inverness Castle. Old style, very tight spaces. Bathroom was newly renovated and fully functional. Parking on the back. You can easily walk to the city center and the main attractions in town. Good base for exploring the area around Inverness (I went for hiking). No frills however, and the breakfast is not very good. No elevator, and stairs are a bit steep. But bed is very comfortable, bathroom is fine. Staff and the manager are very nice and helpful. Overall is a good choice, but be prepared to receive only the basic services."

"The staff were very accommodating to all of my needs. The biggest of “Thank Yous” to Preshant and Rahul who helped my first visit to Inverness be so memorable. Will definitely recommend the River Ness Hotel (Radisson). The location was perfect, the room was such a decent size, (the bed…the BED….soooo comfortable) and the staff were PERFECT!! Thank You!!"

"On the whole it was a good stay. But when we ate at the restaurant they included a gratuity on the bill but then asked me to press an option on the card machine as if to intend to be given another tip on top of what I already was paying for. Not great practise. We didn’t have the breakfast as I thought 16.95 was overpriced. There are cheaper options in the village."

"Really cozy and comfortable hotel. It’s got what you need for a comfortable stay and while not in the middle of everything it’s an easy walk to everything. We loved the staff and the overall vibe of this hotel. We would recommend to friends."
