Informed main desk that the room was stale and bathroom sink smelt of drains - not sure anything was done. On last day, our room wasn’t cleaned and had to get fresh towels - prompt response. Really central. Excellent check in support, allowing us to leave bags. Things just abbit tired, dishwasher was broken and left with stagnant water which was quite smelly

The Riverside York
Excellent location for walking around York seeing the sights. Comfortable bed, lots of space. Very clean. Drains in bathroom very slow. Kitchen well stocked with cooking gear and dishes. Quiet location on the river. Excellent communication with Patrick. Highly recommend for your stay in York.
