「The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. 「We had a very pleasant stay at Eliseo. The property is very close to the sanctuary. It seemed renovated, compared to others. The beds were comfortable. We chose to park in their parking garage for a fee. It was convenient and felt safe. We will be back. 」

「Our family of 5 was in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was well furnished. We felt safe and slept well in this quiet hotel on the 9th floor (top). It is an easy walk to the grotto and has plentiful dining options nearby. We would stay here again. Thanks for hosting us. 」

「Front desk staff were all very friendly ready to help which was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. About 30 minute walk from the train station and 20 minute walk to the La Grotto opposite direction, so half way between the places. Nice location by the river and lots of shops snd restaurants. 」

「L'accueil a été chaleureux. La chambre est propre, très proche de la gare et malgré tout sans bruit lié au train. L'accès au sanctuaire de Lourdes est rapide en une dizaine de minutes à pied. Sans doute le meilleur hôtel de Lourdes. Je recommande sans hésiter.」
