Hyatt Regency Birmingham-The Wynfrey Hotel
Walked into our room and rat poop was on the bathroom counter. The towels were folded neatly but I was afraid to use them. No bath soap. I don't think it had been mopped. Beds were so bad my husband couldn't stand up this morning. I will never stay here again.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Birmingham Hoover
Not sure how this hotel got rated so high. Room was poorly renovated and in need of a deep clean. Bathroom counter was not clean. Outside security light shined in through the window as the drapes didnt overlap to prevent light from coming in.
