"I had had an accident during the day and on checking in at Hampton Hilton Broad Street Birmingham receptionist Marie noticed that I was shaken from the day’s events. Marie was kind, sympathetic, friendly and very helpful. Marie made our stay even better with her kindness - thank you so much Marie your support was amazing and I really appreciated your kindness. Other staff members were also very kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to our next stay very soon."

I have booked this property last week for 4 nights, first night we got there the boiler was broken so no hot shower or heating available, i contact the prim stays straight away to solve the issue and they promise that would be sorted. Nothing got done by the hosts so we end up without shower and heating for the entire stay they are a disgraceful housing management business no refund no help no respect for their customers.. Disgusting the way we have been treat by them. STAY AWAY FROM PRIM STAYS PROPERTIES.."
