「The hotel is very close to the bus station and the supermarket. It takes 10 to 15 minutes to Bayonne or Biarritz by bus. The staffs were nice and willing to assist us during our stay. The light in the toilet was not enough but it was not a big problem. It is a budget choice when cheaper rooms in Bayonne and Biarritz are full booking.」

「Accueil parfait et sympathique, mais cela sentait la friture du déjeuner. Les chambres toujours aussi impeccables. Il y a une chose que vous devriez améliorer dans l'ensemble de vos campaniles c'est la bande rouge que vous mettez devant les marches. Soit c'est une bande fluo, soit vous installez une minuterie qui permet de la voir. Un jour vous aurez un problème. 」

「The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly...

「We are lucky to be upgraded to a very big and comfortable room with beautiful sea view! There are different functional rooms we can visit. They are so great! However, the breakfast has little choice with only bread,cold cut food and fruit. It's better to have some hot food like eggs, sausages.」
