Great location across from the sea and walkway. In Old Town with all the history, shops, restaurants, bars and lots of Pintxos! Staff was very nice and arranged a taxi for us for an early morning ride to the train station. Room was great with a wonderfuk shower and fluffy towels!

Very well kept hotel. Close to everything. Particularly the old town and all the eateries. 10 minutes walk from the main station. The room is very clean and comfortable, they use tatami like fabric for the room floor, which is quite nice.

The rooms are very simple, but functional. The bathroom is spacious, clean, with excellent updated plumbing 😉 Breakfast is simple, but very good. Location is excellent, close to evening - old town, river walks, main bus station, little port etc. Concha beach is only12 minutes walk.

Dip in Spain

We could see the river and Zurriola beach and the waves from our room but a short walk across the bridge. Staff was very nice. Let us check in early and gave us an upgrade!

Hotel is in great location. Front desk person was super nice and helpful. Room had a great view, the only negative would be it’s on the 1st floor. But overall very good hotel for the price.

Great hotel and area

Beautiful hotel that is very convenient to the old part of the city. The ladies that worked at the front desk were wonderful with us. Gave us great information on where to go and eat and drink. Definitely would go back there. Wish the parking garage was closer is all I would like different

The location of this hotel is unbeatable if you’re in San Sebastián to explore the culinary delights of the old town. We opted for a sea view room and it was worth every penny. Waking up to the waves crashing against the rocks, right outside our window was such a special experience. The only downside, and this did have quite a negative impact on our stay, was that the bed was so hard! I’ve stayed in some questionable hostels across Europe, I’m not too fussy about it here I sleep normally but the mattress caused me terrible back and shoulder pain. So if you require anything other than a solid, flat mattress then this may not be a great stay for you. Despite all the wonderful things about the hotel this has put us off returning to it for our next stay in San Sebastián. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was cleaned beautifully every day, as I said the location is brilliant (although a fair walk from the bus station if that is how you’re arriving), the showers are powerful. Really, the hotel would be perfect if they were to change the mattresses. Also, a very small note if you have thick or long hair - the hairdryer wasn’t very powerful at all so if I were to return I would bring my own. Overall it was a great stay, just unfortunately let down by an uncomfortable sleep.

Great personal, genuine attention, great attitude. Very helpful, Pino front desk clerk was amazing, helps getting around and how to take the bus to Hondarribia. Right across the beach. Closed to public transportation as well. Room was very clean, provided housekeeping service every day. We didn’t require service in our stay. But we saw them cleaning other guest rooms. Very attentive. All over great stay ! Will stay again.
