Great walkable hotel. Rooms great clean and lovely staff. Quirky layout tea and coffee in the rooms only negative is that if partner visits the toilet in the light and turns the light on it shines through the glass panel behind your head. Some noise from the apartment adjacent to the hotel but would stay here again

We enjoyed our walk to Concha beach each day and felt the hotel is in a great position for us. The staff were very informative of places to visit. It was easy to get the bus from the airport and walk to the hotel

Ok position for hotel, you can walk to everything but next time I would go closer to old town (personal preference). Staff were lovely and provided recommendations. Spa, sauna and steam room were fantastic. Our room was a little small and fridge not cold! Overall good hotel

We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly helpful, the rooms are very nice, and the location is great - walking distance to everything. Enjoyed the rooftop pool as well. Definitely recommend.

Our stay in Axel Hotel San Sebastián was great! The hotel is located in a quiet area closeby to many cafes and shops and at short walking distance to the beach. The hotel's premises were clean and modern, and we had a spacious and comfortable room. We loved the spa access included during our stay, which was an amazing added value to our holidays. We would definitley repeat!
