"Top shelf every time I come stay for business"

"They didn’t have my room ready. The clerk said the room was closed. ??? I don’t know what that meant, but she offered an upgrade of a king size bed with a roll out. There were three adults checking in. This is not an upgrade! Asked her to find us a room that we had reservations months in advance. She said she found a room, but needed a final inspection. The front desk told us the small cafe near the entrance would be open at 7:00 am. No one was there and the doors were locked. The beds were comfortable, but they were a double size so it would have been cramped for full size adults. The carpet had stains. The best part of the room was the shower. Great water pressure and spacious. The chair they had in the room was not suitable for sitting because of the design. Honestly, the stay was underwhelming."

"My stay was quite, my room is clean. The breakfast was great. Staff was very polite and tried to accommodate my needs which I’m very grateful for and I had a sense of security."

"From the moment I stepped foot in the lobby, the staff was energetic and welcoming. In our 3-day stay, we enjoyed breakfast which was well stocked and had great hours of operation. We requested additional towels and we were promptly assisted within 15 minutes. We had a clean, working room, and utilized the clean, stocked lobby bathroom as well. Check out was also a breeze, as they gave us our last warm goodbye. Getting in and out of the property, as well as ease & proximity of parking, were all extremely easy. I would highly recommend this hotel to any basic traveler. 10/10!"

"The room was cleaned only once between Tuesday and Friday, even though I personally requested housekeeping another time and nobody came. The parking is self-parking, not valet parking, yet you still charge $12 per night. The breakfast was also not good at all. I will definitely not be coming back.For my room, I requested a canal view, but you gave me a room next to the train tracks instead. To even see the canal, you had to lean out about two meters, and the main view was another building where everything inside my room was completely visible."

"Room service left my door open twice. Dirty/hard water stained shower heads; HUGE roach in my stuff found on day 2, overnight guy was nice about getting me a new room (had to switch twice due to cleanliness and door bolt not working in the next room). Found another small roach morning of day 3. When I finally was able to speak with the manager, he was the rudest of all. Could’ve been an okay stay if I never spoke to the manager. :) He was disgustingly rude. 0/10 for his customer service. The only reason I’d book again is due to proximity of where I needed to be. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LYSOL/CLOROX TO CLEAN YOUR OWN TOILET SEAT FROM VISIBLE DIRT AFTER SWITCHING ROOMS DUE TO CLEANLINESS. 🙃"
