If I never received that email, I would have been on time. They charged me for both nights I was staying and didn’t refund me for THEIR mistake. If you want to have no place to stay your first night in Europe and be out money to begin your trip, this is your place."

"We spent 5 days in Maastricht and loved having this little oasis in the middle of the city. Shopping and restaurants are a close walk and the train station is a 20 minute walk over the bridge. We loved having plenty of space and amenities like a full kitchen and laundry in the apartment. Everyone we encountered at the property were friendly and accommodating. It was such a treat to spend a few days in the heart of the city, we’d definitely stay here again!"

"We arrived early and the friendly front of house staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were checked in and supplied with a cot very quickly. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a free (nonalcoholic) mini bar which was restocked each day, that was a nice touch. We didn’t use the restaurant so can’t comment. Handy onsite parking, although expensive for guests. Bed was large and comfortable - overall very happy. "
