When arriving there was nobody at the desk, it was about 10 minutes before someone showed, after pressing the bell a few times. Room was ok, bit dark. We asked for extra pillows and they were provided. The bed itself was comfortable. After returning from a day in Maastricht we found the room had not been cleaned, dirty towels not replaced, bed not made and coffee and tea not replenished. We arranged with reception the necessary. Next day we did not want to go out for an evening meal so we thought we would eat in the hotel. After waiting for someone to take an order or hand us the menu I asked at reception if the restaurant was open?? I was told a colleague would be along shortly, we gave it an other 10 minutes or so and decided not to bother and went out into the town for a meal. Poor service from all levels of staff during our stay, will not use this hotel again.

mehrfach das Personal an der Rezeption auf Missstände aufmerksam gemacht. Es wurde nicht geholfen. Der Safe konnte gar nicht benutzt werden, da gesperrt. 2 Tage hat der Zimmerservice das Toilettenpapier vergessen. Der Kühlschrank fiel aus dem Fach sobald man ihn angefaßt hat, bzw. öffnen wollte. Für ein Deluxe DZ altmodisch und abgewohnt. Lage gut, relativ citynah. Ausreichend Parkplätze im etwas entfernten Parkhaus. Für gehbehinderte zu weit entfernt.
